There are two ways of doing this. You can shoot the entire
wedding in colour and then make black and white prints off selected colour prints.
Or, you can ask your photographer to take some in both format. The one problem
if you do shoot in black and white and get a great shot, is that you cannot
convert it to colour. That is why so many outdoor weddings are shot in colour
These days it is so easy to convert from colour to black and white – you
can do it on your own computer or give it to the lab. You can also add sepia
tones and do all kinds of other things too.
